Cam is a level 2 NCCP Endurance coach, and has been coaching endurance athletes for the last 6 years.  As a coach he has produced 2 national medalists and a dozen provincial medalists. Coach Cam's philosophy focuses on keeping athletes healthy, because an injured athlete cannot run a PB. If you are running slow and/or getting hurt something has to change. Every athlete is unique and therefore requires something that works for them.
